<p>A set of metrics proposed by the <abbr title="DevOps Research and Assessments">DORA</abbr> team at <a href="/notes/badaffc3-906f-4d2a-a1d7-6dd40010cf10">Google</a> for measuring an organisation's engineering performance applying DevOps practices. They're aimed at driving indicators of throughput (velocity) and stability (quality).</p>

<p>What percentage of production changes encounter issues during apply, requiring either remedial action (fixing forward) or rolling back? How much engineering effort is directed at toil addressing these failed changes?</p>
