CRDs
Custom Resource Definitions allow developers to declare additional Kubernetes objects CROs, allowing the configuration schema to be dynamically extended. When paired with operators watching for changes on these resources and execute operations on other resources they're a powerful means of extending the ecosystem with new types of resources.
