Orca

Orca is an MSI file editor, useful for inspecting table contents within MSI files.

From the Windows SDK installer and install the MSI Tools feature, then install C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin*\x86\Orca-x86_en-us.msi to install Orca, the MSI file editor.

Finding things

Choose File -> Open, select an MSI file, then browse to the appropriate table:

• Feature for a list of optional features.
• Property for a list of public properties. Note that this list may not be complete, depending on how the MSI obtains property values.

You can also use Edit -> Find to search the MSI for an arbitrary string.
